We do business based on a very simple idea. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, prices, or service, we’ll refund your money – no ifs and or buts!
Just return any new or unused product to us within 90 days from the date it was shipped to you and we’ll refund the full purchase price. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept returns on custom ordered product. Note; any product which in our opinion, shows evidence of being used r installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking or disposition fee or refuse the return of any exceptions.
Should a package be received damaged from any shipping carrier, please immediately contact our customer service department at 1-855-463-3600. All items damaged in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. Please DO NOT return damaged products to 4QualityAir. Retain all packaging materials and immediately contact our Customer Service Department for reshipment of your order. You will need to file a claim with the carrier. If you are having difficulty filing a claim or need assistance, contact us and we will happy to assist you.

If possible, return the products in the original packaging.
Fill out both sides of the Exchange/Return Form and place it inside the package with the products you are returning.
If you are returning products due to shipping damage or due to an error made by 4qualityAir, please contact our Customer Service Department (1-855-463-3600) before completing the return. In certain instances, return shipping fees may be waived. All returns must be sent prepaid – no collect shipments will be accepted.
