Returns

• If possible, return the products in the original packaging.
• Fill out both sides of the Exchange/Return Form and place it inside the package with the products you are returning.
• If you are returning products due to shipping damage or due to an error made by 4qualityAir, please contact our Customer Service Department (1-855-463-3600) before completing the return. In certain instances, return shipping fees may be waived. All returns must be sent prepaid – no collect shipments will be accepted.
